Improve athletic performance with a Physical Therapy designed program where your trainer will maximize movement and reduce risk for injury. All training is sport specific and will involve skills directly related to the individual's sport. These programs will enhance athletic ability through interval, plyometric, drill, and strength training, as well as flexibility and functional recovery.

*Sport specific group/team training will require at least 3 participants and prices are per person. Please have one group member contact to schedule

$35/hour per youth (ages 9-18)

ONE-ON-ONE

Private training to ensure your athletes program is specific to achieve their individual goals. Return to sport programs available if recovering from an injury, as well as pre-, post-, and in-season training to maximize your athletes potential on the field.

ONLINE TRAINING

Receive a personalized 4 or 12 week written workout program with optional metabolic meal plan available to follow on your own time. Monthly check-ins available to allow for adjustments based on individual needs.

Not looking to go to a gym? Virtual one-on-one training sessions are also available, please indicate your training preference when you contact.
